Your Neighborhood Services Coordinators
Are sick of putting up with crime and blight in your neighborhood? The
City of Oakland's Neighborhood Services Coordinators (NSC) are here
to help you. Supervised by personnel in the Police Department, these
civilian city employees organize Neighborhood Crime Prevention Councils
(NCPC) in each police beat to provide residents with a forum to discuss
and strategize approaches to solving neighborhood problems. In District
2, your NSC is Edith Guillen and she can be reached at (510) 238-7159.
