Your Neighborhood Services Coordinators

Are you tired of crime and blight in your neighborhood? The City of Oakland's Neighborhood Services Coordinators (NSC) are here to help you. Supervised by personnel in the Police Department, these civilian city employees organize Neighborhood Crime Prevention Councils (NCPC) in each police beat to provide residents with a forum to discuss and strategize approaches to solving neighborhood problems. In District 2, your NSC is Edith Guillen and she can be reached at (510) 238-7159.
