Launches July 25! 
"Dawn of the Space Age"
makes its Chabot premiere in the full dome digital
planetarium. Become immersed and overwhelmed with this
accurate, historic reconstruction of Man's first steps
into space. Who were these men and women that took part
in these dangerous, heroic endeavors? Witness their
drive, their passion, and their perseverance to explore,
in this epic realistically animated production. A

and sky unite in an outing that is out of this world.
Hike the redwood-laced trails near Chabot to hidden,
historic sites. Experience the ecosystem walking through
the beautiful, shady paths of the Redwood Regional Park,
led by a naturalist from the East Bay Regional Park
District. Then explore the cosmos at Chabot with
hands-on interactive exhibits and displays and be amazed
how your child's Universe can expand in one
excursion!

Be prepared for uneven
surfaces and trails. Closed toe shoes recommended. Dress
in layers for weather: hat, sunscreen, walking shoes,
